For over fifteen years I have been providing therapy for individual adults and older adolescents and have helped them enhance their relationships, make meaning in their lives, and increase their coping skills. Throughout therapy we explore current and past experiences through a holistic view of the person that can include emotional, cognitive, physical, spiritual, and contextual aspects, as they are important to the client.
